Tailor made offices

Depending on the size, demands or style of a company, tenants can have their own tailormade  offices  in Capital Square, that is designed with high space efficiency. Each section of the building can be approached from the main front on Váci út and from the Visegrádi utca and offices are easily accessible by three eightteen-person elevators located in every section of the building. Offices will be located facing all directions and having plenty of daylight.

The building

Capital Square will have 38,500 sqm above ground gross floor space. The ground floor will be available for retail and extra facilites, while a three level underground garage will provide sufficient parking with 640 spaces. The average floor plan is made up of six L-shaped sections, each of which contains two office lease spaces and three elevators. The second tower will hold three more separate office spaces in a wing that stands out of the main facade. Apart from the attractive, three-level main reception area, the ground floor will hold facilities such as restaurant, café, bank, etc.

Open plan and cellular offices

The office space in Capital Square is marked by high efficiency and flexibility. The 1.35 m grid provides a room distribution based on individual demands – the structure allows for both open plan and cellular offices, as well as a combination of these. All offices are illuminated by daylight and have openable windows. Internal height is 2.80 m, providing spacious atmosphere in all the offices. This, coupled with the sensitive, hightech sun protection and modern ventilation solutions, will ensure that all needs of a firstclass workforce are met.
